On 11 December 2025, Bas Motor LLC held a specialised training session for the service centres in its dealer network.
The event was aimed at establishing uniform standards for service and warranty maintenance, as well as strengthening professional cooperation between the manufacturer and the dealer network. In today’s environment, high-quality service and prompt technical support are key factors in the reliable and safe operation of bus equipment. The training participants included technical specialists and warranty engineers from dealer service centres. The training format combined theory with practical case studies, which allowed the programme to be tailored as closely as possible to the real-life operating conditions of buses.
The training focused primarily on servicing Bogdan buses. Experts examined in detail the design features of the model, requirements for scheduled maintenance, methods for diagnosing major systems, and typical operational situations encountered by service centres in their daily work.
A separate section of the programme was devoted to warranty support issues — algorithms for processing warranty cases, proper documentation of requests, and interaction between dealer service centres and the manufacturer. This approach minimises equipment downtime and ensures prompt resolution of technical issues.
Uniform service standards across the entire dealer network
The development of a service network is impossible without systematic work with personnel. That is why training events are viewed not as one-off events, but as part of a long-term programme to build a team of professionals. Thanks to such training, the company is developing a unified approach to service and warranty maintenance in all regions where the dealer network operates. This ensures consistent service quality regardless of where the buses are operated and increases customer confidence.
